Q: What type of insurances do you accept?

Ventura County Urology Medical Group accepts most all PPO's and Indemnity insurance plans. To find out if we accept your specific plan, please contact us.

Ventura County Urology Medical Group believes that providing leading medical care shouldn't cost a small fortune. For that reason, we accept and file most insurance for our patients. And for procedures not covered by insurance, we can arrange for convenient payment options and also, cash discounts.

Q: How do I make or cancel an appointment?

If you'd like to make an appointment, please call our offices at (805) 653-1533 or email us and we'll have our administrative personnel assist you in scheduling an appointment.

CANCELING an appointment: We understand situations may arise when you need to cancel an appointment. If this situation arises, please contact our office AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We do apply an office visit fee if notification is made within 24 hours of appointment. This is for consideration of other patients; we maintain a cancellation list. Special circumstance may of course be taken into consideration.

Q: What's the easiest way to get my prescription refilled?

Ventura County Urology Medical Group's goal is to assist you in obtaining your prescriptions in the easiest convenient manner for YOU. We provide a DEDICATED prescription refill line.

If you're currently a patient, please email us or call us and we'll handle your refill from our offices. We currently submit your prescription electronically to your pharmacy, where it will be ready and waiting for you on your arrival (based on specific Pharmacy turn-around times.)

Please do not call office after hours or on weekends for refills.

Please allow 24 hours to accommodate your requests.
